Rachel's recruiting career started with an agency role, working with Directors and HR teams to deliver outstanding candidates in highly technical environments. Moving into the corporate world, she took a position as a Recruitment Specialist for Starbucks. Rachel moved rapidly into a Recruitment Manager role for Central and Eastern Canada, where her mandate covered single and multi-unit operations positions and all corporate roles. While at Starbucks, Rachel filled high volumes of positions while simultaneously coaching managers through the hiring process and maintaining extremely high levels of internal client satisfaction.

Moving to Winners, Rachel became their Recruitment Manager responsible for merchant (buying), planning & allocation, loss prevention, logistics, store operation, human resources and marketing positions at the head office. Coaching hiring managers and senior management on effective recruiting practices continued to be part of her role at Winners. She also developed a number of internal recruiting processes to test for quality of candidate fit, measure client and candidate satisfaction, and facilitate effective recruiting for high volume roles.

Rachel joined JRoss in 2011 and works with clients across Canada. She lives in Richmond Hill, Ontario, has a passion for interior design and fashion, and spends her free time running and training for 1/2 marathons.
