- Assist in overseeing all store operations and communicate plans to drive sales, production levels, and customer service as needed.
- Assist in meeting established revenue goals by optimizing product production and customer satisfaction within budgeted expense levels.
- Train and coach all employees to reach their potential as highly productive individuals, and highly productive and collaborative members of the team.
- Ensure that the highest level of shopper/donor satisfaction and professionalism are attained.
If you can hire, train and develop a staff of 15-25 store associates to develop the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their jobs, this could be your next job. A minimum of 2-3 years assistant retail store manager experience and a goal to make people’s lives better through employment.
