Description

  • Develop and implement innovative business development strategies focused on market expansion, sponsorships, and B2B corporate sales that align with the brand’s core values and long-term goals.

  • Lead the development and execution of B2B corporate sales efforts, identifying key opportunities, managing relationships with prospective clients, and closing deals to drive company growth.

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with community organizations, sponsors, and corporate clients, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • Analyze emerging market trends and consumer insights to inform business strategies, helping the company stay ahead of industry shifts and optimize its revenue streams.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring clear direction, providing support, and motivating them to achieve business development objectives.

  • Actively participate in key events and initiatives, taking a hands-on approach to managing operational details and ensuring the brand’s presence is executed flawlessly.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including marketing, product, operations, and warehouse—to ensure business development goals are aligned and executed efficiently.

  • Oversee financial aspects of business development initiatives, including budget management, performance tracking, and reporting on key metrics.

  • Plan and manage the logistics of large-scale events, ensuring every operational detail is meticulously executed for a seamless experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, corporate sales, sponsorship acquisition, or market expansion, ideally within the apparel or retail sector.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

  • A demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, with a strong sales acumen and understanding of the apparel industry.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and empower others to meet and exceed business objectives.

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders, clients, and external partners.
