Summary
We are seeking a Corporate Sales Manager with apparel and footwear experience to join our team in Calgary. This role is focused on building and growing business-to-business and group sales opportunities while deepening connections within the community. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Operations, the Corporate Sales Manager will take ownership of developing new revenue streams, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service from first contact through to delivery.

Description
- Drive corporate and group sales by identifying new business opportunities and building strong pipelines in retail.
- Create tailored proposals and pricing models to meet the unique needs of business clients
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure orders are executed seamlessly and on time
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with existing corporate accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
- Seek out upselling opportunities and maximize client value
- Represent the brand at community events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand visibility
- Collaborate with marketing on initiatives that strengthen the company’s presence in the local market
- Provide regular sales reporting, tracking key performance metrics and identifying opportunities for growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in corporate or B2B sales within the retail apparel industry.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to connect with executives, business leaders, and community stakeholders
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing revenue goals
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
- Enthusiasm for community engagement and building local partnerships
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events (50% travel in AB)
