Oversee the performance and operations of multiple stores within the New England market

Lead store openings and seasonal retail activations from planning through successful launch

Drive key financial metrics including sales growth, payroll management, and shrink control

Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, visual merchandising, and premium customer experiences

Recruit, develop, and mentor Store Managers and retail teams across the district

Requirements
