This is a hands-on leadership role where presence on the floor matters. Description
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed individual and store targets
- Lead by example on the sales floor through active selling and strong client engagement
- Support the delivery of an elevated client experience aligned with brand standards of trust, elegance, and expertise
- Assist with clienteling initiatives and long-term relationship building to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Support resolution of client concerns using a thoughtful, solution-focused approach
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and reinforcement of best practices to support team performance
- Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members
- Support scheduling, timecard approvals, and day-to-day people management needs
- Oversee key operational processes including inventory control, visual merchandising standards, and timepiece allocation
- Ensure accuracy in POS transactions, reconciliations, and financial processes
- Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and learning platforms
- Maintain strong store standards through consistent operational discipline and attention to detail
Requirements
- Proven ability to support and motivate a high-performing retail team in a luxury or premium retail environment
- Strong client relationship building, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to sales performance and revenue growth
- Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to support daily floor operations
- Strong organizational skills and commercial awareness
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
- Post-secondary education in Business, Retail Management, or equivalent experience
