Our client is seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to support growth across Alberta. As a key member of the Sales Team, you’ll manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting through to close — while also nurturing long‑term client relationships.
Compensation: $68,000–$70,000 base + uncapped commission
Work From Home with regular travel across Alberta
Description
- Drive growth in the AB region with a focus on 70% new business development and 30% account management
- Conduct significant cold‑calling activities, outbound outreach, and in‑person meetings
- Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships
- Educate prospects on sustainable textile solutions and value‑driven offerings
- Manage the full sales cycle with confidence, from first contact to closing
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Stay current on market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Represent the brand professionally, proudly, and with purpose
Requirements
- 2–5 years of B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record of closing in competitive markets
- A self-starter mindset with strong independence and entrepreneurial drive
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Organized, disciplined, and able to manage your own schedule effectively
- Tech‑savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout AB
- Preferred: Experience in CPG, wine, or beverage sales
- Asset: Bilingualism (English/French)
