A well-established hospitality group is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead operations across two full-service hotel properties in the Edmonton market, totaling approximately 180+ guest rooms. The successful candidate is a confident and visible operator with 3–5 years of General Manager–level hotel leadership experience, ideally with exposure to multi-property oversight. Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for two hotel properties, ensuring consistency in service standards, culture, and performance

Drive financial results through disciplined budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and profitability initiatives

Lead and support food and beverage operations with a focus on quality, guest experience, and margin improvement

Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to drive market penetration, occupancy, and revenue growth

Build, mentor, and hold department leaders accountable for results, engagement, and operational excellence

Requirements

3–5 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager or equivalent senior hotel leadership role
