This position is pivotal in growing the company’s presence throughout Calgary, focusing primarily on on-premise accounts. Success in this role will be measured by a prominent presence in the local hospitality scene, the establishment of trust-based relationships with accounts, and thoughtful, consistent brand representation. Organized follow-through and attention to detail are also key to ensuring the long-term success of the territory.

Description

  • Own and grow a defined Calgary territory.

  • Support cocktail menu placements and brand execution.

  • Build long-term relationships with key accounts.

  • Identify and pursue new account opportunities.

  • Plan and execute tastings, education sessions, and brand activations.

  • Represent the company at trade and consumer events.

  • Maintain CRM notes and account plans.

  • Provide regular updates on territory progress.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or hospitality industry experience.

  • Well-connected within Calgary’s on-premise community.

  • Strong knowledge of mixology and bar operations.

  • Highly organized and self-motivated.

  • Strong communication skills, able to work independently.

  • AGLC ProServe certification required.

  • Reliable vehicle and valid Class 5 license.

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

  • Availability for select evenings and weekends.
