  • Lead and execute high-volume service with consistency, precision, and attention to detail

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including prep, line execution, and service standards

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a cohesive and high-performing culinary team

  • Foster a positive, accountable kitchen culture rooted in respect, professionalism, and performance

  • Manage food cost, inventory, and ordering processes with strong financial discipline

  • Ensure adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

  • Collaborate on menu execution and evolution, maintaining alignment with the restaurant’s brand and guest expectations
