Description

  • Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including front and back of house

  • Drive financial performance through sales growth, cost control, and labour management

  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team with a focus on retention and engagement

  • Champion a culture of hospitality excellence and consistent guest satisfaction

  • Ensure adherence to brand standards, food quality, and operational procedures

  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and food cost controls

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience as a General Manager or senior restaurant leader in a casual or full-service environment

  • Strong operational and financial acumen, with a track record of delivering results

  • A hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams

  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships

  • Calm, confident presence during high-volume service
