They are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing & Partnerships Manager. Reporting to the WORTH Executive Director and working alongside the Operations Manager and volunteers, this position will be instrumental in supporting the organization's reach, impact, and growth. This role involves supporting marketing objectives, event promotion and engaging with partners to drive our advocacy and fundraising efforts.
- Location: Remote.
- Annual Salary: $72,000-78,000
- You will be required to attend on-site events and in-person meetings regularly in Metro Vancouver.
- Travel within Canada may be required.
Description
Marketing and Communications
You will lead our digital presence with intention, ensuring our voice is credible and values-aligned across all platforms.
- Own and execute marketing strategy for brands including WORTH Association, Yes Shef, and the WORTH Leadership Summit
- Manage communications across email, website, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Build high-performing organic content with oversight over occasional boosted content campaigns
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns for WORTH Association’s flagship events, aligning strategy, PR oversight, organic engagement, and conversion-focused ticketing initiatives while monitoring the overall marketing funnel performance from awareness through attendance
- Collaborate with team and volunteers for content, success stories, program updates, and impact reports
- Oversee the design and production of fundraising and promotional materials, including pitch decks
- Design and manage email journeys, including subscription, surveys, donor, and partner engagement
- Plan and produce monthly newsletter and event communications
- Develop and execute paid digital campaigns on social media to increase engagement and partner visibility
- Build and maintain a dynamic content library (photos, testimonials, video clips, partner highlights)
- Lead communications strategy for key WORTH initiatives and signature events
- Serve as primary liaison with external Public Relations or Web agencies to ensure alignment and performance
- Steward WORTH Association’s brand identity, ensuring all communications align with organizational mission, nonprofit positioning, and strategic priorities

Partnerships Growth, Stewardship & Outreach
WORTH’s partnerships are not transactional—they are relationships rooted in shared values and long-term change. You will help build, steward, and deepen those relationships.
- Coordinate and deliver sponsor benefits for signature events
- Support proactive outreach and stewardship touchpoints with corporate and community partners
- Prepare impact updates, reports, and partner communications that demonstrate measurable value
- Identify opportunities for partners to amplify WORTH’s work through co-branded content and digital storytelling
- Capture testimonials and stories from beneficiaries, partners, and donors to strengthen engagement
- Support relationship tracking and pipeline development in collaboration with Executive Director

Data & Performance
You are comfortable working behind the scenes to make growth sustainable.
- Oversee all aspects of a nonprofit CRM system and integrate it with existing systems
- Track digital performance metrics and provide simple reporting dashboards
- Monitor and optimize engagement efforts to enhance retention and satisfaction with beneficiaries and partners
Success in this area means we have accurate data, effective systems, and a scorecard providing visibility on engagement.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Proven experience supporting marketing and fundraising initiatives
- Experience in a nonprofit or equity-serving association is an asset
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation
- Experience with database management and data analysis tools
Skills and Competencies
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficient in copywriting and a compelling storyteller
- Marketing skills including brand consistency, audience engagement, donor acquisition, content strategy, digital advertising, SEO, social media management, and website development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis software
- Technical proficiency in software including Canva, Squarespace, Mailchimp, SurveyMonkey, Google Analytics, Google Workspace
- Graphic design skills to create compelling visual content
