Rooted in local history, community, and craft, this organization has created a welcoming destination for visitors and locals alike. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the tasting room, including guest service, sales, staff leadership, merchandising, inventory, reporting, and community engagement. This role is highly hands-on and best suited to someone who is comfortable leading from the floor, building relationships, and taking ownership of both the guest experience and business performance.
