- Lead, mentor, and inspire front and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional hospitality

Operations Management
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations including scheduling, inventory, service execution, and compliance

- Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and licensing standards
Financial & Business Leadership
- Drive revenue growth through operational excellence and guest engagement
- Analyze sales performance, labour reporting, and financial metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and profitability
- Support local marketing initiatives, partnerships, and promotional programming
- Collaborate with ownership and leadership on strategic planning and future growth initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of senior restaurant management or General Manager experience
- Proven success leading high-volume hospitality operations
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people-development skills
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials, labour management, and cost controls
- Passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and guest experience
- Hands-on leadership style with a strong floor presence
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
