Store Manager
Liquor
BC - British Columbia, VANCOUVER
Details

Summary

An established independent liquor retailer in Vancouver is seeking a highly organized and service-minded Store Manager to lead a busy retail environment with structure, consistency, and operational discipline. This is a strong opportunity for a practical, hands-on operator who enjoys supporting a team, driving sales, improving service standards, and taking ownership of the details that keep a business running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is someone who values accountability, accuracy, follow-through, and a positive customer experience. This person will support ownership by taking greater responsibility for day-to-day store operations, strengthening front-of-house execution, improving back-office processes, and helping create a more stable and consistent operating rhythm. This role requires someone who can balance customer service, sales performance, team support, inventory control, vendor management, ordering, reporting, computer systems, and administrative follow-through. Liquor retail experience is considered an asset, but it is not required. Candidates with transferable experience in retail, grocery, hospitality, warehouse, purchasing, inventory, or operations will be strongly considered. $60K-70K plus substantial bonus programs
