They are seeking an experienced and highly capable Resort Management Couple to oversee the property’s day-to-day operations, maintain exceptional standards, and create a welcoming experience for resort owners and guests.

Description
- Deliver a warm, professional, and responsive experience for resort owners and guests.
- Coordinate reservations, arrivals, departures, guest communication, and cabin readiness.
- Oversee daily resort operations and ensure property standards are consistently maintained.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and support seasonal employees.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping, groundskeeping, and external contractors.
- Conduct regular property inspections and monitor the condition of cabins, amenities, equipment, and common areas.
- Respond promptly and professionally to operational concerns, maintenance requirements, and guest needs.
- Support purchasing, expense tracking, reporting, recordkeeping, and general administration.
- Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, property improvements, and seasonal opening and closing requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service standards, and the overall resort experience.
- Build positive and respectful relationships with owners, guests, employees, suppliers, and community partners
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, resort operations, property management, accommodations, tourism, or a related operational environment.
- Experience overseeing guest services, property standards, employees, contractors, or maintenance activities.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presence, sound judgment, and a high level of discretion.
- A hands-on leadership style and willingness to assist wherever needed.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and respond calmly to unexpected situations.
- Strong practical problem-solving skills and a genuine sense of ownership.
- Comfort living and working within a close-knit resort community.
- A valid driver’s licence and the ability to meet the physical requirements of a hands-on resort environment.
Ideally, one partner will bring strength in administration, reservations, financial coordination, or organization, while the other will be comfortable overseeing property maintenance, grounds, contractors, and hands-on operational requirements.
Corporate Culture
- Competitive combined compensation of $100,000 to $110,000.
