Summary
An established hospitality and lifestyle destination is seeking an accomplished Event Sales Manager to lead the growth of its private events business and build a strong, consistent pipeline of corporate, social and experiential bookings. This is a role for someone who loves the chase as much as the close. You know how to turn a beautiful venue and memorable guest experience into a compelling sales story, build relationships that generate repeat business, and create momentum through proactive outreach rather than waiting for the phone to ring.
You’ll own the event sales journey from prospecting and initial inquiry through proposal, negotiation, contracting and handoff to the events and operations teams. Along the way, you’ll bring structure to the pipeline, strengthen pricing and sales practices, and ensure every opportunity is pursued with urgency, polish and genuine hospitality. You’ll also lead and develop the Events team, creating clear expectations around responsiveness, follow-up, proposals, site tours and guest communication. Working closely with Marketing, Operations, restaurant partners and external vendors, you’ll help ensure what is sold can be delivered beautifully and profitably.
You’ll be at your best if you’re commercially driven, highly organized and naturally relationship-oriented. You understand that great event sales is equal parts business development, hospitality and disciplined follow-through. If you’re energized by building relationships, creating experiences people remember and seeing your efforts translate directly into revenue, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
