Description
- Support the store manager in the daily operations of the boutique.
- Assist in driving sales, customer engagement, and overall store performance.
- Coach, mentor, and inspire retail sales associates to deliver exceptional service.
- Help create a boutique environment that is welcoming, polished, and memorable for every guest.
- Support inventory management, product ordering, and merchandising to maintain premium standards.
- Ensure store presentation, cleanliness, and operational compliance meet the brand’s expectations.
- Participate in cash handling, daily reconciliation, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Step in to manage the boutique in the store manager’s absence, ensuring smooth operations.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture where initiative, creativity, and excellence are encouraged.
Requirements
- 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in specialty retail, food service, hospitality or high-service environments.
- Strong customer service orientation with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Proven ability to support sales growth and motivate a team.
- Experience in merchandising, store presentation, and operational standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Confidence in coaching, mentoring, and leading a team.
- Experience with cash handling, inventory management, and retail administration.
- A natural ability to connect with people, inspire loyalty, and build relationships.
