Description

  • Support the store manager in the daily operations of the boutique.
  • Assist in driving sales, customer engagement, and overall store performance.
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire retail sales associates to deliver exceptional service.
  • Help create a boutique environment that is welcoming, polished, and memorable for every guest.
  • Support inventory management, product ordering, and merchandising to maintain premium standards.
  • Ensure store presentation, cleanliness, and operational compliance meet the brand’s expectations.
  • Participate in cash handling, daily reconciliation, reporting, and administrative tasks.
  • Step in to manage the boutique in the store manager’s absence, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture where initiative, creativity, and excellence are encouraged.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in specialty retail, food service, hospitality or high-service environments.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Proven ability to support sales growth and motivate a team.
  • Experience in merchandising, store presentation, and operational standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Confidence in coaching, mentoring, and leading a team.
  • Experience with cash handling, inventory management, and retail administration.
  • A natural ability to connect with people, inspire loyalty, and build relationships.
