Summary

Are you a creative force ready to build the next great luxury story? A leading designer consignment retailer is seeking a Community and Social Media Manager to who lives and breathes social media, loves storytelling, and understands how to connect people with fashion, sustainability, and experience. This role is about more than posting — it’s about building genuine relationships, building an influencer portfolio, amplifying their brand voice, spending time in the stores and at events and bringing our community together. As part of our Marketing team, you’ll play a key role in shaping content, driving engagement, and turning followers into lifelong clients. You report to the Leadership Team and work closely with key Managers to ensure their campaigns, events, and messages tell their story and sparkle with signature style.

Description

Social Media Presence

Oversee and expand multiple social media platforms, ensuring the brand voice is consistently expressed with creativity, relevance, and authenticity.

Content Strategy & Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing team to build and manage a content calendar that showcases seasonal highlights, community stories, and distinctive brand messaging.

Analytics & Insights

Monitor performance data, share actionable insights, and adjust strategies to continually improve visibility, engagement, and audience growth.

Community Engagement

Foster genuine online connections by responding to comments, messages, and tags, building trust while sparking conversations that strengthen brand loyalty.

Event Support

Support the promotion of in-store and online events — from launches to community initiatives — ensuring each experience builds stronger ties between the brand and its audience. Participate directly in events to create relationships that drive reviews, user-generated content, and social media visibility.

Storytelling

Translate brand knowledge, product expertise, and values into compelling stories, posts, and campaigns that engage audiences and inspire action.

Requirements

  • Engaging communicator and natural storyteller, with excellent writing and verbal presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing brand social media channels with measurable results.

  • Team-focused and collaborative, energized by working in a dynamic marketing environment.

  • Comfortable analyzing data and turning insights into creative, results-driven strategies.

  • Highly organized, adaptable, and effective at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Approachable and upbeat, with a deep appreciation for luxury retail and exceptional customer service.
