Description
Financial Leadership & Strategy

Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.

Partner with the executive team to shape annual and long-range financial plans aligned with company growth objectives.

Develop and implement financial strategies that support store profitability, margin enhancement, and operational efficiency.

Lead scenario modelling, risk analysis, and business case development for new initiatives.
Financial Reporting & Controls

Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and compliance to support a scalable and efficient finance function.

Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Operational & Commercial Partnership

Work closely with merchandising, supply chain, store operations, and e-commerce teams to evaluate performance, assess financial impacts, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Provide insight into inventory management, cost controls, vendor performance, and pricing strategies.

Drive financial accountability across the organization through clear KPIs, reporting, and tools that support informed decision-making.
Team Leadership

Requirements

Expérience progressive en leadership financier, idéalement dans le commerce de détail, les biens de consommation, l’amélioration domiciliaire ou d’autres environnements multi-sites.

Titre de CPA fortement préféré.

Capacité démontrée à bâtir et optimiser des processus financiers au sein d’une organisation en croissance.

Solides compétences en modélisation financière, en prévisions et en analyse.

Expérience dans le soutien aux hauts dirigeants grâce à des informations basées sur les données.

Capacité démontrée à diriger des équipes et à influencer des partenaires interfonctionnels.

Progressive financial leadership experience, ideally within retail, consumer goods, home improvement, or other multi-unit environments.

CPA designation strongly preferred.
