The Director of Sales and Operations will champion a culture of best-in-class service and operational discipline across the store network. They will guide District and Store Managers in delivering elevated customer experiences, clean and well-run stores, and disciplined execution of merchandising, inventory management, and brand standards. As a key member of the leadership team, this individual will refine processes and introduce scalable systems that support growth and empower store teams to perform at their highest potential.
Salary Range is $140K-175K
Description
Operational Leadership and Excellence
- Establish and elevate service standards to ensure a consistently exceptional customer experience.
- Refine, standardize, and simplify processes to improve efficiency and store productivity.
- Drive consistent execution of brand standards, merchandising directives, and operational procedures.
Sales and Performance
- Lead multi-unit leaders to deliver strong sales results through effective coaching and strategic insights.
- Develop plans to strengthen conversion, average transaction value, product knowledge, and store performance.
- Analyze business trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities and implement improvement strategies.
People Leadership and Culture
- Mentor District/Area Managers to build strong, engaged, and customer-focused teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Build succession plans and development pathways for future leaders.
Process and System Improvement
- Enhance workflows including inventory accuracy, labour optimization, and visual merchandising routines.
- Introduce tools and processes that support effective field execution.
- Lead change management initiatives that strengthen consistency and operational excellence across locations.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, HR, and supply chain to align operations with business strategy.
- Ensure strong feedback loops from the field to support timely decision-making.
Requirements

7–10+ years of progressive multi-unit leadership in specialty retail, lifestyle brands, or premium retail.
