Requirements

8–12+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales and merchandising or commercial leadership roles.

Background ideally within a design-led, entrepreneurial home furnishings, home fashion, luxury retail, or design-adjacent environment.

Proven success leading commission-based sales teams, including veteran and high-earning professionals.

Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales activity management, and leading indicators of performance.

Demonstrated ability to drive both top-line growth and margin improvement.

High degree of commercial judgment, polish, and credibility with designers, partners, and high-net-worth clients.
