Description

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Create memorable, tailored experiences for each customer. Proactively reach out to clients with updates on new arrivals, promotions, and appointments, ensuring they feel valued beyond their time in-store.

  • Expert Styling & Presentation: Advise on wardrobe choices that reflect both personal style and the boutique’s elevated aesthetic. Demonstrate deep product knowledge and a refined sense of fashion.

  • Business Development: Nurture repeat business through exceptional service and ongoing client follow-up. Rather than relying solely on walk-in traffic, take ownership of building and growing a personal book of clients.

  • Appointment-Based Service: Accommodate clients’ schedules, sometimes requiring flexibility to remain after regular hours to provide uninterrupted, private service.

  • Luxury Representation: Uphold the prestige of the boutique, ensuring every interaction reflects discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • A polished and confident professional with a passion for luxury fashion and an eye for detail.

  • Experienced in high-end or premium retail, with a background in delivering elevated client experiences.

  • Skilled in developing and maintaining long-term client relationships, with proven success in driving repeat business.

  • Naturally service-driven, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Flexible, reliable, and motivated by providing outstanding client service in an exclusive boutique environment.
