Manage team sales and oversee back-end order management.

Partner with associations, apparel committees, and league accounts to support their needs.

Grow revenue through existing client relationships (no cold calling required).

Lead sales administration and foster meaningful customer relationships.

Provide leadership and coaching to a team of 5 staff members in production and retail.
Requirements

3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service (preferably in retail, sporting goods, or team sales).

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an asset.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Experience managing both operational and sales processes is preferred.
