Summary

This role sits at the intersection of brand, performance, and customer experience within a modern apparel organization. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for translating brand vision into high-performing digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and ecommerce growth across the full customer lifecycle. With direct accountability for digital strategy, channel execution, and team leadership, this role blends big-picture thinking with hands-on oversight. The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of how apparel customers shop online—from discovery and inspiration through conversion and retention—and know how to connect storytelling, media, and data to deliver results. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, seasonal retail environment, enjoys balancing creativity with commercial rigor, and is energized by building and refining programs that scale. Working closely with marketing, ecommerce, merchandising, and analytics partners, the Senior Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up digitally, how budgets are invested, and how success is measured. Compensation: $105,000–$115,000 base + bonus

Description

  • Partner closely with the Vice President of Marketing to plan and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned with brand and commercial goals

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with ecommerce, merchandising, and creative teams to support seasonal launches and ongoing campaigns

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Digital Marketing team, driving clarity, accountability, and performance

  • Work in close partnership with senior ecommerce leadership to deliver a seamless, end-to-end online customer journey

  • Own and manage all digital channels, including paid search, paid social, email and mobile marketing, affiliate programs, programmatic, and connected TV

  • Partner with marketing analytics resources to optimize campaigns, measure ROI, and guide investment decisions

  • Manage digital budget allocation across channels, ensuring disciplined spend management and performance optimization

  • Track results, manage forecasts, and communicate budget recommendations or additional investment needs

  • Stay current on digital trends, platforms, and technologies relevant to fashion, apparel, and omnichannel retail

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field

  • 8–10+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, ideally within apparel, fashion, or lifestyle retail

  • Deep expertise in paid social and performance marketing within an ecommerce context

  • Strong understanding of current and emerging digital marketing tools and trends

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
