- Oversee all aspects of showroom operations, ensuring a seamless and inspiring customer journey
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of design consultants and retail professionals to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional service

Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive retail leadership experience, preferably in home improvement, design, or luxury retail
