Lead, coach, and inspire a team of budtenders/sales associates through clear expectations and consistent feedback.

Operations & Compliance

Ensure full compliance with federal, provincial, and municipal cannabis regulations, including ID verification, inventory handling, and reporting requirements.

Maintain accurate inventory management, loss-prevention practices, and daily operational checklists.

Oversee scheduling, payroll administration, cash management, and opening/closing procedures.
Guest Experience & Community Engagement

Deliver a warm, approachable, and educational guest experience aligned with the brand’s values.

Support product knowledge initiatives, ensuring the team can speak confidently about strains, formats, accessories, and responsible consumption.

Build strong community relationships and represent the location with professionalism.
Sales & Performance

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of retail management experience; cannabis experience is an asset but not mandatory.

Strong understanding of cannabis regulations or a willingness to complete all required certifications (e.g., CannSell, SellSafe).
