Description
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Drive store performance through effective sales leadership, KPI management, and daily goal execution
- Build strong relationships with clients and consignors to increase loyalty, repeat business, and referrals
- Lead from the front by actively engaging customers and supporting the team on the sales floor
- Foster a culture focused on luxury service, clienteling, and relationship building
- Partner with buying and merchandising teams to ensure a compelling assortment of merchandise is presented on the sales floor
- Oversee all store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, loss prevention, and daily execution
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top retail talent while creating a positive and accountable team culture
- Ensure visual merchandising, product presentation, and operational standards consistently meet expectations
- Collaborate with senior leadership to execute business strategies and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Previous Store Manager or senior retail leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead teams and consistently deliver sales results
- Passion for fashion, designer brands, luxury retail, and the luxury resale industry
- Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Demonstrated success coaching, mentoring, and developing retail teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong operational acumen with experience managing inventory, scheduling, and store processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial retail environment
