Description

  • Lead, mentor, and support Restaurant Managers to achieve sales growth, operational consistency, and profitability targets.

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to company standards, procedures, and guest service expectations.

  • Analyze financial results, control costs, and identify opportunities to improve performance and maximize revenue.

  • Build strong teams through effective recruitment, training, and succession planning.

  • Ensure all locations meet or exceed food safety, workplace safety, and brand compliance standards.

  • Collaborate with corporate leadership on new initiatives, marketing programs, and operational improvements.

  • Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and inspire excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in quick service or fast casual restaurant management, including 2+ years in a multi-unit leadership role.

  • Proven track record of leading teams to achieve measurable results across multiple locations.

  • Strong business and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and P&L statements.

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop others.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
