Director of Marketing | Hospitality & Lifestyle Destination
Hospitality

Details

Summary

An established hospitality and lifestyle destination is seeking a commercially minded Director of Marketing to lead brand strategy, communications, digital marketing, public relations, programming and guest engagement.  This is an opportunity to lead the marketing, brand, communications and public visibility strategy for a dynamic hospitality destination, shaping how it shows up in market and how guests experience it. You’ll take a hands-on role in connecting marketing directly to traffic, restaurant and beverage performance, private events, programming, partnerships and overall brand awareness. Your remit will span strategy, digital channels, PR, social media, onsite communications, campaigns, activations, brand collaborations and performance reporting. You’ll work closely with Operations, Events, hospitality and restaurant partners, agencies, photographers, media, influencers and community collaborators, bringing people and ideas together to keep the brand visible, relevant, polished and engaging.

You’ll be at your best if you combine strong creative and brand instincts with commercial awareness, clear communication and disciplined follow-through. This is not a role where you simply report on activity. You’ll be expected to bring forward ideas, recommendations and opportunities that strengthen the guest experience, elevate the brand and drive measurable business results. If you enjoy building destinations people want to visit, creating memorable experiences and seeing the direct impact of your work, this is a chance to make that influence felt.

This is an opportunity for a marketing leader who enjoys being close to the business, close to the guest experience and close to execution. The right person will have the creative instincts to build a distinctive brand and the commercial discipline to make sure the marketing is working.

Corporate Culture

This is a brand built around experience. Food, hospitality, design, culture and community all come together to create a destination that feels energetic, social and distinctly connected to its surroundings.

The culture is collaborative, entrepreneurial and highly guest-focused. Ideas are encouraged, but execution matters just as much. You’ll work with people across operations, events, hospitality, creative partners and the broader business, so success comes from being curious, responsive and comfortable bringing different perspectives together. There is a strong sense of pride in how the brand presents itself. Details matter. So does relevance. The goal is to create experiences that feel thoughtful, current and worth talking about, while continuing to build meaningful connections with guests, partners and the community. For the right marketing leader, this is an environment where you can help shape not only how the brand is seen, but how it feels.
