Summary
A vibrant hospitality and lifestyle destination is seeking a part-time Event Coordinator to support the execution of private events, public programming, guest activations and day-to-day event administration. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being in the middle of the action. You’ll help bring events to life by making sure spaces are ready, guests are welcomed, vendors know where to go, details are in place and the event moves smoothly from setup through close-out.
Working closely with the broader Events and Operations teams, you’ll support everything from guest arrival and signage to floorplans, vendor coordination, event materials, room transitions and post-event follow-up. You’ll also help keep event information organized and accurate behind the scenes. You’ll be at your best if you’re warm, organized and naturally attentive to detail. Events move quickly, so you’ll need to stay calm, flexible and solutions-focused while juggling multiple moving pieces. If you’re looking to build your career in hospitality, events, catering or venue operations, this is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment where every event is different.
