Description

  • Lead all aspects of hotel operations, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Revenue Management, Sales, Accounting, HR, and guest services.
  • Deliver financial results by managing budgets, forecasting, cost control, and maximizing profitability.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management to develop pricing strategies that optimize occupancy, RevPAR, and market share.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire departmental leadership teams, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and high performance.
  • Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company policies, standards, and health & safety programs.
  • Actively engage with the local business community to strengthen relationships and support hotel visibility.
  • Oversee preparation and achievement of the hotel’s annual Operating and Capital Budgets.
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through continuous improvement and attention to service consistency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in a senior hotel leadership role within a luxury or full-service environment.
  • Proven expertise in delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational consistency.
  • Strong technical knowledge across hotel operations, including Rooms, Revenue, Sales, Accounting, HR, and Safety Programs.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to inspire and develop teams while managing multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and operational reporting.
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
  • Additional languages are an asset.
