Operations and Facilities Manager - Hospitality & Property
Hospitality & Lifestyle Destination
ON - Ontario, TORONTO
Details

Summary

An established hospitality and lifestyle destination is seeking a hands-on Operations and Facilities Manager to help lead the daily rhythm of a busy, multi-faceted environment where restaurants, shared spaces, events and guest experience all come together. This is a role for someone who notices the details. You understand that great hospitality depends on much more than what happens at the table. The lighting feels right. Shared spaces are polished. Restaurant partners are supported. Contractors follow through. Deliveries happen smoothly. Guests move through the space easily. When something isn't working, you see it, take ownership and help get it resolved.

Working closely with senior operations leadership, you’ll sit at the intersection of hospitality, restaurant operations and property coordination. You’ll maintain a strong presence throughout the destination, build productive relationships with restaurant partners and service providers, and help ensure the environment is clean, safe, energized and ready for business every day. You’ll be at your best if you’re highly organized, calm under pressure and comfortable moving between guest-facing hospitality and behind-the-scenes operational details. This is an environment where priorities can shift quickly, so strong judgment, practical problem-solving and disciplined follow-through will matter. If you enjoy being close to the action and take pride in creating environments where everything feels effortless for the guest, this is an opportunity to make a visible impact every day.

Corporate Culture

This is a hospitality environment built around experience, energy and attention to detail. Restaurants, events, shared spaces and community all contribute to creating a destination people want to spend time in. The culture is collaborative, entrepreneurial and very hands-on. You won’t be managing the operation from behind a desk. You’ll be visible, connected to what’s happening throughout the property and working alongside people from many different parts of the business. There is a strong sense of ownership here. Problems are addressed rather than passed along, details matter, and everyone plays a role in protecting the guest experience. You’ll have the opportunity to bring structure, judgment and hospitality instincts to an environment that is constantly moving.

For the right operations leader, it’s the kind of role where you can see the impact of your work every day.
