Summary
This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex hospitality projects where design, manufacturing, logistics and client service all come together. Our client is a growing Canadian hospitality solutions company working behind the scenes on hotel furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) projects across the country. Their work supports distinctive hotel environments, bringing together customized products, international manufacturing partners and detailed project execution from initial concept through final installation.
They are looking for a Project Manager who thrives on complexity and genuinely enjoys making all the pieces fit. You will manage multiple projects from the first request for quotation through manufacturing, shipping, installation, warranty resolution and final closeout. This is not simply a coordination role. You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, responsible for keeping projects moving, protecting timelines and margins, identifying problems before they become delays and making the day-to-day decisions required to deliver successfully.
You will be someone who can move comfortably between a client meeting, a factory quote, a shop drawing, a shipping issue and an installation challenge without losing sight of the project as a whole. You communicate early, ask questions when something does not look right and understand that small details can have significant consequences once something enters production. For someone who enjoys building relationships while owning the operational details behind a successful project, this offers meaningful autonomy, exposure to significant hospitality projects and the opportunity to grow alongside an expanding organization.
Total compensation in the range of $85,000–$125,000 including benefits and target bonus.
