A privately owned, luxury fly-in fishing and adventure resort is seeking a Resort Guest Experience Leader to serve as a central figure in delivering exceptional guest journeys. This remote destination attracts discerning travelers seeking world-class fishing, wilderness adventure, and elevated hospitality in one of Canada’s most pristine landscapes. The successful candidate will be highly visible, guest-facing, and deeply involved in both daily operations and long-term experience development. This role is approximately 50% guest-facing and 50% administrative/sales, with full on-site availability required during the summer season. The winter months focus more heavily on planning, promotion, trade shows, pricing support, and experience development.
Description
Guest Experience & Hosting

Act as a primary host, welcoming guests and managing the end-to-end guest experience

Oversee front desk and concierge functions with a luxury service mindset

Travel with guests on select premium outdoor experiences, acting as a guide and host

Proactively resolve guest issues and ensure consistently high service standards
Adventure & Guiding Support

Support and guide curated fishing and outdoor excursions (training provided as needed)

Work closely with pilots, operations teams, and office staff to ensure seamless logistics

Promote safety, professionalism, and an elevated guest experience in a remote setting
Sales, Promotion & Administration

Support sales inquiries, guest communications, and pre-arrival planning

Contribute to the development of new guest packages and experiential offerings

Assist with pricing strategies and seasonal planning

Represent the resort at trade shows and industry events during the off-season

Manage administrative duties, reporting, and guest follow-up
Leadership & Development

Demonstrate natural leadership and accountability in daily operations

Partner closely with senior operations leadership and ownership

Requirements

A hands-on hospitality professional with strong guest service and operational skills

Passionate about the outdoors; experience in fishing or hunting tourism is a strong asset

Comfortable working in a fly-in, remote environment

Energetic, adaptable, and guest-focused, with strong discipline around hospitality standards

Confident communicator who works well with guests, pilots, office teams, and leadership
