Description

  • Define and lead a cohesive, long-term marketing vision that strengthens brand equity and drives growth

  • Translate the estate’s story, sense of place, and values into compelling, consistent marketing across all channels

  • Develop and execute annual and seasonal marketing plans that support direct-to-consumer, retail, and hospitality experiences

  • Oversee digital platforms, content, campaigns, and CRM to deepen engagement and loyalty

  • Guide brand expression across on-site, online, and off-site touchpoints to ensure authenticity and excellence

  • Use data and insight to refine strategy, measure impact, and continuously improve performance

  • Lead agency and partner relationships with clarity, creativity, and accountability

  • Collaborate closely with leadership and on-site teams to ensure marketing aligns with the guest journey

  • Bring focus, structure, and momentum to the marketing function while nurturing a collaborative culture

Requirements

  • 7+ years of senior marketing experience within lifestyle, hospitality, food & beverage, wine, or destination-driven brands

  • Demonstrated ability to own strategy while remaining deeply involved in execution

  • Strong digital fluency paired with brand and storytelling instinct

  • Experience managing budgets, agencies, and complex, multi-channel initiatives

  • Comfortable operating in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment

  • Post-secondary education in marketing, business, or a related discipline preferred
