Description
Content, Community & Channel Ownership

Create, publish, and optimize engaging content across all major social media platforms.

Manage and grow online communities through active engagement, moderation, and timely responses to comments and messages.

Monitor QSR, social, and cultural trends, bringing forward insights and timely content ideas to the marketing team.

Conduct monthly store visits to stay connected to operations, product knowledge, and regional nuances that inform content and community responses.
Campaigns, Reporting & Performance

Execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Monitor performance metrics and produce monthly sentiment and performance reports for marketing leadership.

Provide post-campaign analysis for national content initiatives and franchisee-funded advertising programs.

Maintain and update KPIs related to engagement quality, responsiveness, and creative performance.

Produce monthly competitor and QSR landscape reports.

Support execution of digital media plans in collaboration with senior marketing leadership.
Digital Advertising & Franchisee Support

Support Local Store Marketing initiatives by fulfilling franchisee requests for store-specific posts, ads, and content.

Execute paid social advertising on platforms such as Snapchat and Reddit in alignment with promotional calendars.

Maintain working knowledge of advertising platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit, or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn.

Provide franchise partners with clear performance summaries for independently funded advertising campaigns.
TikTok & Creator Partnerships

Own the TikTok channel end-to-end, including content direction, posting cadence, trend participation, and community engagement.

Manage relationships with external creators and short-form content partners, including briefing, approvals, asset intake, and performance tracking.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand, and Operations teams to ensure alignment across all communications.

Support cross-functional initiatives such as product launches, merchandise programs, and PR moments.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute proactive ideas for brand storytelling.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a formal Social Media, Marketing, or PR role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to tone and brand voice.

Creative, curious, and culturally aware with the ability to think strategically and adapt quickly.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills.

Confident collaborator who can also work independently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Valid provincial driver’s license and ability to travel as required.

Post-secondary education in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
